Welcome to Zen Escape Home! We are delighted to offer you our hybrid short-term and mid-term rentals in Wilmington, NC. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities as our guest.
1. Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made through our website or directly with our property management team. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking for short-term rentals, while mid-term rentals may require a deposit or monthly payment plan, depending on the duration of your stay.
2. Cancellation Policy
For short-term rentals, cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, while cancellations made within 14 days will incur a charge of one night’s stay. Mid-term rental cancellations require a 30-day notice for a full refund. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation details.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property and adhere to all house rules provided at the time of check-in. Any damage or excessive cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
5. Use of Property
Zen Escape Home properties are intended for residential use only. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. Our accommodations are designed to provide a peaceful environment for corporate travelers and their guests.
